Add pipeline tag, library name, and flash attention tag

This PR updates the model card with the correct pipeline_tag, adds the library_name, and adds flash-attention to the tags to better reflect the model's capabilities and dependencies. The pipeline_tag is changed to video-text-to-text because the model processes video and text to generate text. It also uses flash attention.
