if you downloaded the fp16 it's prolly ok. the rest are pretty untrustworthy. most likely corrupted. i'll re-upload them tonight
ok, rounding math and edge trims made some quants unobtainable, the ones in the repo are tested and working.

it would be best to make a new thread for a new topic. but yes, it's a rounding average called simple moving average.
