BDRC/Woodblock2b

A variant of the BDRC/Woodblock2 model having slightly adjusted convolutional layers to mitigate problems with lost pixels at the borders. This one should be preferred over BDRC/Woodblock and BDRC/Woodblock2. The former are kept for metric calculations
