Couldn't fix the left hand elbow

The pose is from a real person photograph showing a young boxer. I am not sharing it since I don't know the source.
I tried many seeds, added versions of prompt to hide the left elbow but so far no go.
I should add that in the pose photo of a boxer there is no left hand elbow visible at all.
