IntelliProcure is a public procurement intelligence platform of the Institute Public Sector Transformation (IPST) at the Business School of the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). Therefore, this Hugging Face space is dedicated to sharing language models, datasets, and tools that support natural language processing (NLP) in the context of public procurement.

Our resources are built on hundreds of gigabytes of refined data and indexed procurement documents from Simap.ch enabling:

• information extraction from tender notices,
• classification and clustering of procurement data,
• contract type detection, named entity recognition, and more.

We aim to support researchers, practitioners, and public institutions in making procurement processes more transparent, intelligent, and efficient.
