Running on Zero

Hi! This Space looks awesome and I’d love to try it, but it’s currently not working due to a runtime error. I also tried duplicating it, but it requires secrets like EXEC, HF_TOKEN, and REPO.
Could you please update the Space or share a guide on how to use it locally or run a minimal version?
